WildDAO wants to answer the questions:

* How can we leverage the advancements in technology to protect and preserve our planet's diverse ecosystems? 
* How can we harness the power of a globally distributed community to make a real impact on wildlife conservation?

Established on the belief in the transformative potential of decentralization, the core philosophy is to empower individuals globally by providing tools and resources for active participation in wildlife conservation. The organization emphasizes decentralized governance in constructing a globally distributed community of virtual conservationists, aiming to redefine traditional paradigms through unity, collaboration, and collective decision-making. WildDAO envisions a future where this decentralized approach transforms the way environmental challenges are addressed and where individuals play a crucial role in wildlife conservation efforts.

## Scalable climate action tools

WildDAO's first three climate action tools—[Wildchain](/wild-dao/games/what-is-wildchain.md), [Untamed](/wild-dao/nfts/what-is-untamed.md), and [Wildfund](/wild-dao/crowdfunding/what-is-wildfund.md)—form a comprehensive and synergistic Eco-Gaming Ecosystem. This ecosystem combines a mobile game (Wildchain) that transforms players into Virtual Conservationists, an NFT marketplace (Untamed) offering planet-positive collectibles, and a crowdfunding platform (Wildfund) that empowers individuals to contribute directly to biodiversity conservation. Together, they create a dynamic and engaging platform that leverages gaming, NFTs, and decentralized fundraising to drive real-world positive impact on environmental conservation.

## Membership

Becoming a member of WildDAO is a straightforward process, with the sole requirement being the ownership of the WILD token. This membership model simplifies entry, giving every token holder access to the organization's decision-making privileges and further [token utilities](/wild-dao/wilddao/what-is-usdwild.md), such as supporting wildlife conservation or impact NFTs. <br>
