# Deny List

Wild DAO has established a stringent set of guidelines for potential partnerships, collaborations, and donations, divided into the Deny List and the Potential-Deny List.

## **Deny List**

Under no circumstances shall there be any partnerships, collaborations, and/or donations from entities falling into the following categories:

1. Corporations with more than 5% of revenue from Russia, Belarus, or North Korea.
2. Corporations involved in Tobacco.
3. Corporations involved in Fossil fuels (including coal and petroleum).
4. Corporations involved in Pornography.
5. Corporations involved in Weapons, such as firearms, nuclear weapons, and chemical or biological weapons.

## **Potential-Deny List**

Due diligence must be carried out before considering partnerships, collaborations, and/or donations from entities meeting the following criteria. This diligence is especially crucial if the donation exceeds $5000 USD in monetary value or in kind.

1. Corporations with more than 10% of revenue from:
   * Aviation
   * Gambling
   * Meat and poultry production
   * Petroleum-based plastic manufacturing (unless certified or on track to be certified plastic neutral - standards pending)
   * Seafood production (unless certified or on track to be certified by MSC or ASC)
   * Mining and fracking
   * Palm oil production (unless certified or on track to be certified by RSPO)
   * Soy production (unless certified or on track to be certified by RTRS)
2. Corporations with accusations regarding violations of:
   * Encroachment
   * Illegal sourcing or dumping
   * Manufacturing malpractice
   * Human rights
   * Modern-day slavery
   * Child labor
   * Large-scale discrimination

These lists reflect Wild DAOs commitment to ethical and sustainable practices, ensuring that potential collaborators align with their values and do not engage in activities that contradict their mission.
