This governance guide serves as a comprehensive outline of the proposal process. It is a dynamic document designed to grow and enhance itself through the input of the DAO community.

Membership in Wild DAO is exclusive to individuals holding WILD. Only members can engage in idea submission, commentary, proposal submission, and voting within the DAO.

Through the WILD Improvement Proposal Process (refer to Governance), members of Wild DAO can actively participate in decision-making concerning Ecosystem Fund allocations, governance regulations, projects, partnerships, and more. Membership in Wild DAO is accessible to all holders of the Wild token.

The Wildchain Foundation

The Wildchain Foundation serves as the steward of Wild DAO. The foundation does not oversee Wild DAO but facilitates decentralized and community-driven governance, committed to evolving into a more decentralized entity over time.

The Wildchain Foundation responsibilities include:

• Executing the decisions made by the Wild DAO

• Overseeing day-to-day administration

• Managing finances, coordinating projects

• Ensuring that the ideas put forth by the DAO community receive the necessary support to come to fruition

The primary objective of the Wildchain Foundation is to guide the growth and advancement of the WILD ecosystem in an equitable and inclusive manner. To achieve this, it leverages the Ecosystem Fund, controlled by a multisig wallet, to cover expenses directed by Wild DAO. The Foundation also provides an infrastructure for WILD holders to collaborate through open and permissionless governance processes.
